I build little browser games for my classes. Each takes about five minutes and works on a phone. Some are gentle practice, and some give the certificate only for a perfect run. Fair warning: those are harder than they look.

How I teach
My students trade candy in a rigged market before they ever hear the words "Five Forces." They put companies on trial in VRIO Court. They vote on what killed Target Canada in week two, then vote again at the end of the semester to see how much their thinking has changed.
I want students to leave able to use an idea, not just define it on a quiz.
What I study
My research looks at how culture shapes people's working lives: how refugees and immigrants find work that fits, how global virtual teams really get along, when rewards motivate and when they don't, and where companies choose to invest across borders.
